Say no to HDR

From about 2000, HDR seems to have become a very popular way. At one time, almost all camera manufacturers would preset this function in their cameras. We know that it can make photos more colorful and show many details. Now your mobile phone or camera will automatically switch to HDR mode sometimes, but it is best to turn off this function when taking landscape photos, otherwise the finished photos will be fake, which is why HDR is becoming less and less popular.

If you really want to shoot HDR, don't use the camera's preset HDR mode. Take a few photos with different exposures, and it will be better to synthesize them yourself later.

Don't be obsessed with tools.

Many people think that if you want to take beautiful scenery photos, you must prepare many powerful tools, but this is not the case. Although taking pictures without filters is quite challenging, it makes you have to find other ways to take pictures from an ideal distance and perspective, which not only stimulates creativity, but also encourages you to explore more shooting angles that you never thought of.

The position of the subject is very important.

First of all, you need to find out the protagonist in your photo, just a whole landscape? Or a landscape with a clearer focus, such as a waterfall or a mountain top. Be careful not to put the subject in the middle when taking pictures, which can make a photo that looks like an ordinary postcard very powerful.
