The camera has not been turned on for a long time.

If "Unable to start the application. Before using the administrative viewer and administrative tools, you must perform the following settings. When the message appears, please follow the following steps to complete the setup.

(1) Registration Management Tool Certificate.

(2) When using InternetExplorer9 or later, please follow the steps in "Register Camera Home as a Trusted Site" to add this website to. [trusted sites] in InternetExplorer security settings.

(3) In InternetExplorer, click [Tools ][Internet Options] [Security] [Custom Level], and under the list of security settings, set [XAML browser application], [file download] and [loading programs and files in IFRAME] to [Enabled].

6. There is no video display.

To improve the video quality, please refer to "[Video] Setting Image Size, Image Quality and Frame Rate" in "Chapter 5 Settings Page", change the settings and make adjustments.

Up to 30 viewers can access the camera at the same time. If this limit is exceeded, the video will not be displayed and a message will appear.

7. The characters are displayed incorrectly.

Please use InternetExplorer9.0.

If you use InternetExplorer7.0/8.0, please follow these steps:

-use [refresh (F5)] of InternetExplorer.

-Use InternetExplorer to select [View] [Coding] [Other] [Simplified Chinese (GB 18030)].

-Select [View] [Code] [Simplified Chinese (GB23 12)] using InternetExplorer.

8. No video is displayed on the digital PTZ panel in the management viewer.

If [Maximum number of clients] under [Image Server] in the settings page is configured to 0, the image will not be displayed in the PTZ panel of the browser. Increase the number in [Maximum number of clients].

9. The video on the digital PTZ panel in the management viewer has not been updated.

The time that the image is displayed in the PTZ panel of the browser is the time configured in [Maximum Connection Time (seconds)] under [Image Server] of the settings page.

If this value is set to 0, the connection time will be unlimited. However, please note that this time will not only affect the PTZ panel of the viewer, but also affect the time when a single client can connect to the camera.

10, no audio.

If there is no audio, please check the camera's audio server settings and the computer's sound and audio device settings.

If you use an administrative viewer with administrator rights, check whether the camera is connected to another viewer that allows administrators to use audio.

You cannot receive audio when using a proxy server.

When using IPv6 connection, the audio reception function cannot be used.

Audio cannot be used without additional programs installed.

1 1, unable to control the camera.

If you connect to the Management Viewer as an administrator, you will have exclusive camera control rights. If you are connected to the Management Viewer as an authorized user, you can only control the camera after the administrator releases it. Ask the administrator.

12. The viewer has been disconnected.

Please check whether the network and computer are abnormal.

Restart the computer and try to connect again.

13, forgot the password.

You can use the reset switch to initialize all camera settings except the date and time. Administrator password "camera" is required for initialization. However, it should be noted that network settings such as IP address and subnet mask will also be initialized and must be reset.

14, unable to upload data.

Please check the upload destination in the [Upload] menu and the upload operation related to the event in the [Event] menu to confirm whether these two settings are correct.

You can perform the operation check by running the test from the [Upload] menu (page 5- 15) according to the currently set upload destination.

Please check [View Log] in the [Maintenance] menu or the log on the server to view detailed operating environment information.

Please contact your system administrator for information about server settings.

15. The recording mode stream cannot be used.

If [Upload] in the [Upload] menu is set to HTTP or FTP, the recording mode stream cannot be used. Set [Upload] to [Close Upload].

16. Unable to record video on SD memory card.

To record video on the SD memory card when an event occurs, please check the [Video Recording Operation] setting under [Events] in the settings page. When [Video Recording Operation] is set to [Upload], change it to [Record to SD memory card].

When the recorded mode streaming video that cannot be transmitted due to network error or the video that cannot be uploaded via HTTP/FTP is not stored on the SD memory card, please check [Operation Settings] under [Memory Card] in the settings page. When [Operation Settings] is set to [Save Log], please change it to [Save Log and Video].

To manually record the video to the SD memory card, please take control of the camera.

17. This file cannot be stored in the settings page or the management tool.

Windows7, WindowsVista and WindowsServer2008 prohibit saving data in some folders. Therefore, the related file saving operation may fail. Specify [Files], [Pictures] and other folders.

Reason:

1, the battery is dead or faulty, which makes it impossible to boot;

2. The system or firmware of the camera crashes, which makes it impossible to boot;

3. The camera can't be turned on due to hardware failure, such as poor contact of battery power cord, failure of motherboard chip and its components, etc.

Solution:

1, charge the battery for a while before turning it on. If the battery is faulty, it needs to be replaced with a new battery of the same model.

2. Connect the computer and refresh the firmware to return to normal according to the official firmware update tutorial;

3. Contact the after-sales service of the camera to conduct a comprehensive overhaul of the camera.
