Can the court take pictures?

No photos shall be taken without the permission of the court, including before appearing in court. All personnel shall obey the command of the presiding judge or the sole judge, respect judicial etiquette and abide by court discipline in court trial activities, and shall not record, video, take photos or use mobile communication tools to spread the trial activities, and shall not take photos at will without permission.

First, the procedures that people's courts in China should follow in hearing cases include:

6. Turn off communication devices such as pagers and mobile phones. For those who violate court discipline, the court will give verbal warnings and admonitions. If they don't listen to the advice, the presiding judge may confiscate the audio, video and photographic equipment, order them to leave the court, or impose a fine and detention with the approval of the president. If the court order is seriously disturbed, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
