I. Scope and Conditions of Recruitment
This time, the district-owned institutions are recruiting professionals who are in short supply for the graduates of 2009 (including the graduates of 2007 and 2008 during the dispatch period).
(a) the scope of recruitment of professionals in short supply is:
1, doctoral student;
2, the national "985" engineering university graduate students and key disciplines undergraduate graduates (see annex1);
3, the national "2 1 1" key disciplines of engineering university (see Annex 2).
(2) The applicant shall meet the following conditions:
1. Abide by the Constitution and laws, have high ideological and moral character, be decent, have high prestige among the masses, and have a comprehensive evaluation of morality, intelligence and physique in the school.
2. Excellent academic performance during school. In principle, the average test score of undergraduate graduates is above 80 points, and the score of professional courses is not less than 70 points or the academic performance is in the middle and upper reaches of the class; Postgraduates have strong scientific research ability, and have published more than/kloc-0 in core journals, and their graduation thesis has been rated as excellent;
Under 3.35 years old;
4, physical and mental health, adapt to the physical conditions required for the post;
5. Other conditions that meet the requirements of applying for the position.

Third, the recruitment method
(1) Registration
Registration time: September 2009 1 1 -2 1.
Candidates log on to Zhangdian Personnel Network (www.zhangdian.net), download Zhangdian District Recruitment Registration Form (see Annex 4), Zhangdian District Recruitment Self-recommendation Letter (see Annex 5) and Zhangdian District Recruitment Integrity Letter (see Annex 6), fill in the information and send it to Zhangdian Talent @ 126 by email. Applicants must fill in the relevant contents truthfully, comprehensively and in detail, and submit the registration information according to the prescribed registration time (based on the email sending time displayed by the computer). Anyone who cheats will be disqualified.
(2) Prequalification
According to the information submitted by the applicants, the recruitment office of public institutions designates a special person to be responsible for the preliminary qualification examination of the applicants. Those who meet the registration conditions shall not refuse to register; For those who do not meet the registration conditions and fail in the preliminary examination of qualifications, they should reply to the applicants by email to explain the reasons; If the application materials are incomplete, you should contact the applicant and conduct preliminary qualification examination after comprehensive supplement.
If the number of applicants exceeds 1: 1, the recruitment plan of 1:60 shall be followed according to the order of educational level from high to low and the principle of giving priority to honorary titles such as party member, provincial outstanding graduates, outstanding student cadres, outstanding graduation thesis winners, school-level outstanding graduates, outstanding student cadres, outstanding students and scholarship winners.
(3) Evaluation
The recruitment office of public institutions, together with the discipline inspection and supervision departments and the employing units, will form an assessment team to assess the candidates' schools (units), and the assessment time will be from September 23 to 27, 2009.
The content of the examination is mainly to identify the authenticity and comprehensive performance of various materials submitted by candidates. It mainly includes whether it meets the recruitment scope and conditions, school academic performance, ideological and political performance, moral quality, ability and quality, study and class work performance, law-abiding situation and whether it is necessary to avoid it. Assessment can take the form of consulting files, original records, holding symposiums and individual interviews, so as to be comprehensive, objective and fair. The assessment team truthfully writes the assessment materials and reports them to the recruitment office of public institutions to study and put forward opinions on whether to hire.
(4) Audit
The recruitment office of public institutions will write a special report and submit the relevant materials of candidates to the recruitment leading group for review.
1, audit content. ① Whether the graduate institutions and majors of the candidates to be hired are in the "985" or "2 1 1" list of engineering colleges and the catalogue of key disciplines specified by our district; (2) whether the academic performance meets the prescribed basic conditions; (3) Whether my performance is excellent, whether I can adapt to the requirements of the recruitment position and the assessment opinions of the employer; (4) Whether it meets the recruitment procedures, etc.
2. Audit procedures. According to the relevant materials, the recruitment leading group will review the candidates to be hired and study and determine the candidates to be hired.
(5) Physical examination
Conduct a physical examination of the person to be hired. Physical examination shall be organized and implemented by the recruitment office of general hospitals and institutions at or above the county level. In principle, the physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants. If there are special provisions, the provisions shall prevail and the time will be notified separately.
(six) publicity, employment and filing
Those who have passed the preliminary examination, assessment, audit and physical examination shall be publicized within a certain range. After the publicity is qualified, organize the personnel department to handle the relevant employment and filing procedures.
Newly hired personnel are required to implement a probation system, with a probation period of one year. Those who pass the expiration will continue to be employed and enjoy the treatment of their unit. Those who fail to pass the expiration period shall terminate the employment contract. If the hired personnel need to transfer or change the household registration relationship, they can go through the formalities of household registration transfer or change in accordance with relevant regulations after the probation period expires.
Four. Organize implementation and supervision
