Qi Jun, born in 19 18, is a female writer. Formerly known as Pan Xizhen. Zhejiang Yongjia people. 14 years old, studied in missionary middle school, and later graduated from the Chinese Department of Zhijiang University in Hangzhou, where he studied under the lyricist Xia.
