Measures of Yunnan Province for the Administration of Surveying and Mapping Achievements

Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of surveying and mapping achievements, make rational use of surveying and mapping achievements, and give full play to the economic and social benefits of surveying and mapping achievements, these measures are formulated in accordance with the Surveying and Mapping Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Provisions on the Administration of Surveying and Mapping Achievements of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other laws and regulations, combined with the actual situation in our province. Second these Measures shall apply to units and individuals engaged in surveying and mapping activities or the management and use of surveying and mapping results within the administrative area of our province. Article 3 The surveying and mapping achievements mentioned in these Measures refer to the following surveying and mapping achievements completed in the land, waters and space of our province:

(1) Data and maps of astronomical survey, geodetic survey, satellite geodetic survey and gravity survey;

(2) Negative films and tapes for space remote sensing mapping;

(3) Various maps (including topographic maps, general maps, cadastral maps, house registration maps and other relevant thematic maps);

(4) Engineering survey data and maps;

(5) Other relevant geographical data;

(six) technical data directly related to surveying and mapping results. Article 4 The principle of combining unified management with hierarchical and departmental management shall be applied to surveying and mapping results.

The provincial administrative department of Surveying and mapping is in charge of the management and supervision of surveying and mapping achievements in the whole province.

State, city and county construction administrative departments are responsible for the management and supervision of surveying and mapping results within their respective administrative areas.

The relevant departments at the provincial level are responsible for the management of surveying and mapping achievements of their own departments. Fifth, the state, city and county construction administrative departments and the relevant departments of the province's surveying and mapping results management work, by the provincial administrative department of Surveying and mapping business guidance. (two) the management scope of the administrative department of construction of prefecture and city:

1. 10 second control survey and traverse survey;

2. Surveying and mapping projects in key projects of cities and prefectures;

3. Surveying and mapping the administrative boundaries of villages and towns and surveying the lines over 10 km and under 50 km;

4. The scale is110000, the area is more than 25 km2 but less than 100 km2, the scale is 1/5000, the area is more than10 but less than 50 km2, and the scale is1. The scale is 1 1000, the area is more than 3 square kilometers but less than10 square kilometers, the scale is 1/500, the area is more than1square kilometers and less than 5 square kilometers, and the scale is 1/200, and the area is more than.

(three) the scope of management of county-level construction administrative departments:

1. Surveying and mapping projects in key projects at the county level;

Article 7 All units and individuals who have completed surveying and mapping achievements within the administrative area of our province must submit the catalogue or copy of surveying and mapping achievements free of charge to the corresponding surveying and mapping administrative departments or construction administrative departments in the first quarter of the following year in accordance with the scope of hierarchical management in Article 6 of these Measures.

Data and maps of astronomical survey, geodetic survey, satellite geodetic survey and gravity survey, as well as officially printed maps (including general maps, administrative maps, teaching maps, traffic and tourism maps and other national and provincial thematic maps) shall be submitted in duplicate. List of other surveying and mapping achievements in duplicate.

Foreign organizations and individuals approved in the administrative area of our province alone or in cooperation with the relevant departments of our province surveying and mapping results, in addition to the provisions to the administrative department of Surveying and mapping in the State Council submitted copies of all surveying and mapping results, should also be submitted to the administrative department of Surveying and mapping in two copies. Eighth provincial administrative departments of Surveying and mapping shall be responsible for the quality supervision and management of surveying and mapping achievements in the whole province, and the administrative departments of construction of prefectures, cities and counties shall be responsible for the quality supervision and management of surveying and mapping achievements within their respective administrative areas. The supervision and inspection of the quality of surveying and mapping results is mainly based on spot checks.

The competent department of surveying and mapping projects or the entrusting party shall inspect and accept the surveying and mapping results completed by surveying and mapping units, and only after the quality is qualified can they be used.

Surveying and mapping units shall strictly implement technical specifications and quality standards to ensure the quality of surveying and mapping results.
