How to shoot flying pigeons in photography?

Pay attention to the following points when shooting:

1. Select the appropriate shutter speed.

Appropriate shutter speed should be considered according to the following factors:

A. the speed of a moving object. The faster the moving body moves, the faster the shutter speed is used; On the contrary, the required shutter speed is slow.

B. The distance between the moving object and the shooting, the farther the moving object is from the shooting, the slower the shutter speed; On the contrary, the closer the distance, the faster the speed.

C moving direction, the same moving speed, the shutter speed should be different because of the different moving direction. When the camera is at 90 degrees to the moving direction of the moving object, the shutter speed is faster; At 45 degrees, the shutter speed can be one step slower; At 0 degrees, the shutter speed is one step slower.

D. lens focal length, the longer the lens focal length, the faster the shutter speed should be; If the focal length is doubled, so is the speed.

2. Application of depth of field.

When shooting a high-speed moving object, it is difficult to accurately measure the focal length, so the depth of field is usually used. When determining the shooting position, we should choose the appropriate aperture and shutter number according to the light condition, and then look up the depth table to find out the depth range corresponding to the aperture. When the depth of field is not enough, you can increase the depth of field by narrowing the aperture, switching to a short focal length lens or shortening the shooting distance. When shooting, as long as the moving object is controlled within the depth of field, it can be out of focus. In addition, by using hyperfocal distance, the soft predetermined aperture can be aimed at the nearest clear point, and a greater depth of field can be obtained.

3. Grasping the most typical moment in the most energetic activity is the most energetic and can best summarize the ins and outs of the exercise process. Grasping this moment requires not only accurate judgment, but also skilled technology. Because it takes a short time for the camera shutter to open from hand contact, if this situation is not estimated, it is easy to miss the opportunity to shoot. So when shooting, you can use the following two methods:

A. When preparing for shooting, press the shutter button at the opening limit in advance, so as to ensure that when it appears instantly, the shutter will be opened as soon as the hand presses it.

B. Press the shutter slightly in advance before the instant climax to ensure that the instant climax comes just when the shutter is fully open. This shooting method requires finding out the activity law of the moving body in advance and making an accurate judgment.
