Enter the menu before shooting, find the real-time display/short film function setting, and then select the real-time display function setting. After entering, the exposure simulation under still image+short film is changed to short film display (see figure), and the setting before shooting is completed.

Then the most critical and simplest step is to put the shooting mode in the M file, and then shoot, and you will get what you want! Not only can ISO be fixed, but also the speed, aperture and ISO can be adjusted at any time during shooting.
