(1) Setting off fireworks and firecrackers that meet the prescribed varieties and specifications;

(three) shall not impede the passage of pedestrians and vehicles, affecting traffic order;

(four) shall not be set off in the corridor of urban residents or throw fireworks from corridors, corridors, balconies and windows;

(five) fireworks and firecrackers shall not be set off in other ways that endanger the personal and property safety of the state, the collective and others.

Penalty clause
