(2) The responsibilities between departments are unclear. There is another important reason for the audio and microphone problems. At that time, although the person in charge of the activity told the Art Department that it needed to borrow the audio at the regular meeting, he didn't say clearly what kind of audio he wanted to borrow, mistakenly thinking that the Art Department understood the meaning, and later he didn't verify the situation. The result can be imagined. In addition, the arrangement scheme of the table was not explained to the department responsible for moving the table in advance, which led to some people being at a loss and confusion during the site arrangement stage.

(3) The person in charge did not prepare carefully and did not report the situation to the teacher comprehensively. This problem is reflected in the fact that the line error has not been audited by the learning department, which shows that the attitude of the learning department is not correct enough; As for the competition paper, the application for paper is only roughly written in the bill of materials, and the type of paper is not indicated. After buying the goods, I didn't ask the teacher to have a look, causing mistakes.

To overcome the above problems, we should pay attention to the following three points:

(1) At present, although each activity has been divided into responsibilities, the implementation after the division of responsibilities is still not in place. Therefore, I suggest that in future activities, the main person in charge: the chairman and the secretary-general should have a division of responsibilities between ministries, and ministers should divide their responsibilities within their own departments according to their own tasks. The minister should define the work of the executive officer, and the principal responsible person, chairman and secretary-general should be responsible for the implementation of the work of each department.

(2) If you are not afraid of trouble at the regular meeting of ministers, the person in charge of activities must be in charge of all ministries.

Make it clear that the records of the executive department are complete, and only when all departments fully and clearly understand the intention of the person in charge can it be ended; When holding regular meetings within the Ministry, ministers should also clearly explain the details and arrangements of activities to officials to ensure that officials accurately understand their responsibilities.

(3) Members of all departments should have a sense of ownership, correct working attitude, and conscientiously complete tasks to ensure foolproof. Once they encounter problems, they must report to their superiors in time, and then have a meeting to discuss countermeasures and try to solve the problems.

Second, there is not enough tacit understanding between the students in each department, they don't pay attention to their own responsibilities, and they can't cooperate with our work well. During the activity, the application forms, works and participants could not be handed in in time. The person in charge of each department can't tell you clearly how to fill in the registration form, which has caused great difficulties to our statistical work.

Third, the activity schedule is unreasonable. On the day of the activity, there were singers' competitions, table tennis competitions and teachers' memories. College leaders can't be present, students' interest is lower than singers' competition and table tennis competition, and their popularity is insufficient.

Fourth, the weather is bad and the plan is temporarily changed. Although the venue was changed to the gymnasium in the last few days because of the weather, there was too little time, too hasty preparation and I didn't know the situation of the gymnasium. As a result, the lights and sounds failed. Objective factors are inevitable, but we can try our best to minimize the adverse effects in future work, which requires us to improve our ability to cope with difficulties. To improve the ability to cope with emergencies, we must consider all factors as much as possible when making plans; Report to the superior immediately after the situation changes, immediately organize relevant personnel to hold a meeting to discuss countermeasures, and inform the new arrangement in time to ensure the accurate understanding of the executives; At the same time, we must form a high degree of tacit understanding and have a sense of responsibility.
