What is a digital movie?

Digital movies are produced, transmitted and shown in forms (namely "O" and "1" modes). There are three ways to make it:

First, it is generated by computer;

the second is to shoot with a high-definition camera;

thirdly, the film shot by film is scanned into digital format.

Digital movies not only avoid film aging and fading, but also ensure that the film will always be as bright as new, and ensure that the picture has no jitter and flicker.

The audience will never see any scratches and wear of the picture again. In addition, the distribution of digital movie programs no longer needs to develop a large number of films, which not only saves the distribution cost, but also is beneficial to environmental protection. When the program is transmitted digitally, the quality of the whole movie will not be lost in the transmission process. That is to say, once the digital movie signal is sent out, no matter how many digital cinemas are located on the earth, audiences in different regions can enjoy the same high-quality digital program at the same time.

At the same time, digital projection equipment can also provide value-added services for cinemas, such as real-time broadcast of major sports competitions, cultural performances, distance education, etc.

. It has changed the single mode of cinema film projection to a real-time, multi-functional, multi-channel and multi-directional business model. The great potential of digital electro-lithography technology has made it the trend and direction of development in today's world.

People look at the same object with their left and right eyes, and the images formed on the retina are not exactly the same. After the two images are synthesized by the brain, they can distinguish the front and back, the distance and the distance of the object, thus generating stereoscopic vision. The principle of stereoscopic film is that two cameras imitate the visual angle of human eyes and shoot at the same time, and two projectors are simultaneously projected on the same screen for left and right eyes to watch, thus producing stereoscopic effect.

When shooting stereoscopic movies, you need to put two camera stands on a special tripod head with adjustable angle and shoot at a specific included angle. The synchronization of the two cameras is very important, because even a few tenths of a second error will make the left and right eyes feel uncoordinated; Therefore, you must hit the board when shooting, so that you can find the synchronization point when editing.

when showing a stereoscopic movie, two projectors are placed in a certain way, and the two pictures are projected on the same screen point to point in a completely consistent and synchronous manner. A polarizer must be added in front of the lens of each projector, one is a horizontal polarizer, and the other is a vertical polarizer (or diagonally crossed), so that the screen will reflect different polarized light into the eyes of the audience. The audience should also wear polarized glasses when watching movies, and the polarization direction of the left and right lenses must be matched with the projector, so that the left and right eyes can filter out the pictures that are not polarized and only see the corresponding polarized images, that is, the left eye can only see the pictures projected by the left machine, and the right eye can only see the pictures projected by the right machine. After these pictures are synthesized by the brain, stereoscopic vision is produced.
