How to adjust eyepiece framing,

1, the use of the eyepiece of SLR viewfinder (taking Nikon as an example);

Viewfinder eyepiece SLR viewfinder eyepiece is the lens above the viewfinder on SLR camera, and part of the image can be monitored through the eyepiece during framing. There is a small circular dial on the upper left of the eyepiece-the eyepiece shutter lever. When taking a picture, first see whether the scene is clear through the eyepiece, and then adjust it through this shutter lever.

On the right side of the eyepiece are AE/AF lock button, AF-ON button and main command dial respectively, and then on the lens (in the thumb position when the left hand naturally holds it). When it must be placed in autofocus, the shutter will focus and lock, and it will be clear to press the shutter fully and focus.

There are two kinds of eyepieces in SLR viewfinder: pentaprism and pentaprism. Five prisms are used for mid-range SLR and above, and most entry-level SLR use five prisms.

2. viewfinder

The viewfinder is a part of a digital camera, which monitors the image through the eyepiece. Now the eyepiece viewfinder of digital camera has black-and-white viewfinder and color viewfinder. But for professional digital cameras, they are all black and white viewfinders, because black and white viewfinders are more conducive to photographers to make correct compositions. The viewfinder structure of a digital camera is the same as its LCD screen, both of which use TFT LCD. The difference lies in size and power consumption.
