This function is quite different, which seems to be incompatible with the "orthodox" functions such as calculation, statistics and sorting, because its function is actually to "grab the screen"! Moreover, it is not a "scratch" like the "PrintScreen" button, but allows you to choose through the mouse and "grab where you point".

It's not easy to find this function. Let's click the "Customize" option in the Excel Tools menu. Click Tools in the Category of the Command card, find the Photography button in the command bar, and drag it anywhere on the toolbar. If we want to "photograph" a certain part of the table, we only need to select them first (Figure 23), and then press the "photograph" button, and then the selected area is "photographed". Then move the mouse to the place where the "photo" needs to be displayed (of course, it can also be another form), and press the "photograph" button again, so that the "photo" that was just "photographed" will be pasted immediately. Of course, along with "Photos" comes the "Pictures" toolbar. Obviously, Excel treats it as a picture, and we can rotate and scale it at will.

However, please pay attention: this is no ordinary photo! You can try to change the table data that was originally "photographed" by us-refresh the "photo", and the data in the "photo" is actually updated synchronously!
