When doing ps. . . How to make streamer text effect

1. Create a new file or layer on the background. Enter text and name the layer Text.

2. Create a new layer on top of the "Text" layer, set the foreground color as "white", fill it with alt+del, and name this layer as "white" (note, fill it with whatever color you want the flash to be).

3. Add "layer mask" to the "White" layer, the foreground color is "black", alt+del is filled with black.

4. Reduce the hardness with a white brush on the layer mask and draw oblique strokes.

5. Right-click the White layer and select Create Clip Mask.

6. Hold down the shift key and use the mouse to move the "white" layer so that the diagonal line is just in front of the text (left) and can't be seen.

7. Click the "Window" animation. In the animation window, set the frame time to 0-0. 1 sec.

8. Click the box next to the trash can in the animation window to add the first keyframe.

9. Hold down the shift key again, and move the "white" layer to the right until you can't see it just behind the text (right).

10. In the animation window, drag and drop the first frame behind the second frame (note: drag and drop the first frame behind the second frame).

1 1. Click four points below the animation window to add a transition frame: in the window that appears, "transition mode": the first frame; Add frame number: 10-35 (neither more nor less), OK.

Click the play button to test the animation. Depending on the playback speed, you can select all frames (click the first frame, hold down the shift key, and then click the last frame) or reset the time.

Satisfied, press shift+ctrl+alt+s, select gif format, name and save.
