2. Recruitment Principles and Procedures

Specific procedures: six procedures: registration and qualification review, examination (written test, interview), physical examination, inspection, public announcement, and employment.

III. Registration and Qualification Review

(1) Registration time: August 1st - August 7th, 2012

(2) Registration location: The lobby on the first floor of the labor market of Hongjiang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (i.e. the Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau building).

(3) Applicants must register with their official ID card, graduation certificate (retirement certificate), household register and originals and copies of relevant documents. Those who meet the conditions for bonus points are also required to provide originals and copies of relevant documents.

(4) When registering, the qualifications of the applicants will be reviewed based on the application conditions and job requirements. Those who meet the application requirements should fill in the "Registration Form" and submit two recent one-inch color photos of themselves with the same background, front and half-length without hat. And pay the registration examination fee of 200 yuan as required.

(5) In principle, the ratio of the number of recruits for each position to the number of applicants for the position shall not be less than 1:5. However, for a few positions with special majors or where competition is really difficult, open recruitment by municipal institutions With the approval of the work leading group, the examination ratio can be appropriately reduced according to the actual situation, with a minimum of no less than 1:3, and a passing score line can be set. (6) Additional points will be given to self-employment reference personnel of Hongjiang urban retired soldiers who meet the following conditions:

1. 2 points will be added if promoted to first-class non-commissioned officers during active service;< /p>

3. An additional 3 points for being awarded third-class merit while in active service;

(1) Written test

3. Written test content:

(1) To apply for the position of urban retired soldier, basic knowledge of Chinese language and relevant legal knowledge are mainly tested ;

(5) The full score of the written test is 100 points, except for positions in TV program production and performance (vocal music, instrumental music, dance) positions in the Culture, Radio and Television Bureau, which account for 40% of the overall score, and for retired soldiers in cities and towns seeking self-employment Except for professional staff, the written test scores for other positions account for 60% of the overall score.

(2) Interviews

1. There will be no interviews for the recruitment positions of self-employed reference personnel for retired urban soldiers in Hongjiang City and temporary personnel for the Health Bureau.

2. Candidates for interviews for other positions will be determined based on the written test scores from high to low among those applying for the same position in a ratio of 1:3 to the planned number of hires. The interview time and location will be notified later.

3. The interview is worth 100 points. The interview score accounts for 40% of the overall score.

4. The interview method shall refer to the interview rules for civil servants, focusing on examining the comprehensive qualities of the interviewees.

5. Interview scores for TV program production and performance (vocal music, instrumental music, dance) positions in the New Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, etc. account for 60% of the overall score. The interview content is mainly based on practical operations and performances. IV. Physical examination

According to the number of recruitment plans for each position, the physical examination objects are determined in equal amounts according to the comprehensive performance ranking, with reference to the civil servant physical examination standards. If a vacancy occurs due to failure in the physical examination, applicants for the same position will be filled in equal amounts from the highest score to the lowest score based on comprehensive performance ranking, and no more than two fill-ins will be allowed.

5. Inspection

The inspection adopts the method of equal inspection, adopts a variety of inspection methods, and goes deep into schools, units and communities to inspect all aspects of the performance of the persons being inspected.
