Since the age of 8, he followed his father Han Baowen to plant aconite and other medicinal materials at the Guangshan Medicine Farm on the southern slope of the Qinling Mountains. From 1976 to 1980, he worked at the Foping County Medicinal Materials Company in the middle of the Qinling Mountains to provide technical guidance for medicinal material production. In the winter of 1980, he was hired by the Science and Technology Commission of Qingyuan County, Zhejiang Province to provide technical guidance for fungus production. Due to his skills and good personality, he stayed there and served as the deputy director of the Qingyuan County Edible Fungi Research Institute. From 1995 to 1997, he was employed as the director of the multi-management office and deputy director of the Agricultural Bureau of Xixiang County, Shaanxi Province. In 1999, he resigned and went to Hangzhou to establish Hangzhou Agricultural Products Co., Ltd. He collected wild fungi from the Qinling Mountains, the Donggong Mountains of Zhejiang and Fujian, and the Qiangang Mountains. He collected more than 10,000 specimens and isolated wild species of Grifola frondosa, Ganoderma lucidum, shiitake mushrooms, small white mushrooms, gastrodia elata, Poria cocos, and glabrata. .

The new cultivation techniques of Grifola frondosa, Ganoderma lucidum, Lentinus edodes, White mushroom, Gastrodia elata and Poria cocos and the new product starter used in raw material cultivation are used in all parts of the country. The researched aerosol sterilizers, liquid strains, capsule strains, etc. have obtained 15 national patents.

He has developed the fungus anti-cancer product ---- Baolisheng (an extract product of Maitake Flower) and the Ganoderma spore broken powder. It has played a huge role in the economic construction of Qingyuan and other places. Since 1999, more than 20 kinds of fresh edible fungi have been promoted in Hangzhou, which have become popular and welcomed by the government and citizens. As a result, the Hangzhou Municipal Government rewarded talents with a house.
