In undergraduate education, the college adheres to the concept of "thick foundation and broad skills" and emphasizes the teaching principle of "paying equal attention to the cultivation of professional basic skills and practical innovation ability", and has delivered a large number of innovative applied talents and art education talents for society, universities and scientific research units. The college has advanced professional characteristic laboratories such as model making laboratory, animation media laboratory, photography laboratory, printmaking laboratory, sculpture laboratory, ceramic laboratory, etc. Relying on the provincial art experimental teaching center, it has carried out a large number of school-enterprise cooperation practice teaching. In terms of postgraduate education, the college aims at cultivating academic literacy and professional practice ability, and has established postgraduate practice bases and cooperative training mechanisms for off-campus tutors with many first-class industrial units inside and outside the province.
