It is recommended to use strong light and reflector or soft light. Soft light is more reliable and can't be arranged symmetrically, so the front details will be lost when shooting along the light, and there are black edges on the side.

3. Same as above, because of the hard light, we just changed the light distribution mode. If the light is not too hard, the shadows will be much less.
