3. Compared with flash, continuous light has mild lighting characteristics and also plays a modeling role in studio shooting. Its light modeling strength is relatively poor and its sense of direction is relatively weak. This kind of light may be easier to master because it is always on when shooting.

4. When shooting with flash photography, it is very important that the nature of flash light is divided into strong light and soft light. Both kinds of light have their own uses.
