Fine Tea Culture Prose Rising in Datian

"Mountain clouds make good tea" is located in Datian, the center of Bamin. There are 175 peaks over 1000 meters in the territory, with overlapping peaks and green clouds, which are exactly the same.

Datian tea has a long history. It was a tribute to Beijing in the Qing Dynasty, and tea was recorded in Kangxi Dictionary. However, after the reform and opening up, it once declined. Ten years ago, Daejeon revived the tea road, scientifically planned and comprehensively upgraded the tea industry chain such as planting, processing, packaging, marketing, brand and culture. At present, the county has an area of 86,000 mu of tea gardens and more than 2,200 tea factories with an output value of 630 million yuan. It has become one of the main tea producing areas in Fujian and won the only "China Alpine Tea Town" in China.

On the road of tea ceremony, Datian strives to be green, rationally plans tea gardens, and innovatively promotes the characteristic mode of "pig marsh tea". The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine listed Datian as Fujian Oolong Tea Geographical Indication Product Protection Zone, Fujian Tea New Area Development and Research Base and National Green Tea Standardized Production Base County.

Strive for scale, and cultivate a number of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization in provinces and cities such as Big Fiona Fang Company. Under the guidance of the government, Yun Xuan, Xianding, Liufangyuan, Chongshengyan and other large tea enterprises vigorously promoted to join chain stores, and there were 53 chain stores in Yun Xuan, all over the country;

Strive for brand, the county registered 56 trademarks of tea farmers, obtained 6 famous trademarks in Sanming, 3 famous trademarks in Fujian and 2 famous brand products in Fujian. "Xianding" brand oolong tea and green tea passed the certification of the Quality and Safety Center of the Ministry of Agriculture, and "Oriental Beauty" tea won the gold medal of international famous tea. County quality supervision and tea industry jointly formulated and issued the provincial and local "Jinguanyin Oolong Tea Comprehensive Standard", which was popularized and applied in the whole province.

With satellites tea, tea rhyme is more sufficient, tea fragrance is stronger, and tea road is wider.

Since 20xx, the county has held the Alpine Tea Culture Festival every year1October 28th 10, which has been held in Beijing, Shanghai, Fuzhou, Xiamen and other places. Tea fragrance has drifted to Kyushu, and tea culture elements such as tea show and Teamo performance are in full bloom. The activities such as the Cross-Strait Alpine Camellia Forum and the Cross-Strait Tea Country Car Friends Tournament were expanded, which improved the visibility of Daejeon Alpine Camellia and enriched the connotation of the cultural festival.

In addition to the wonderful tea fighting competition, tea art exhibitions, tea photography calligraphy exhibitions and tea industry forums have also become the focus of attention. The performers fully demonstrated the rich cultural connotation of Datian Alpine Tea with their exquisite tea art, beautiful singing, gentle dancing and passionate poetry reading.
