Puning, Jieyang is a city in Guangdong Province.

Puning City is located in the southeast of Guangdong Province and the west of Chaoshan Plain. The urban area is located in the upper reaches of Rongjiang, Lianjiang and Longjiang, and at the junction of the middle and upper reaches of Lianjiang in the middle of the city. It borders Chaonan District of Shantou City in the east, Huilai County in the south, Luhe County in the west, Jiexi County in the northwest and Rongcheng District in Jieyang City in the northeast. The south of the city is 30 kilometers away from the South China Sea coast, 50 kilometers long from east to west and 38 kilometers wide from north to south.
