What is the moon on the dragon ridge?

According to legend, the northern mountainous area of ancient Guilin was a land of crouching tiger and hidden dragon. In order to compete for this treasure, the dragon and tiger fought each other, and finally the dragon won, so it was called "Longsheng". More than 600 years ago, a group of Zhuang people came to this sleeping mountain, and a paddy field was opened on the back of the dragon, which was called Longji Terrace. The circular terraced fields on this hillside are shaped like longan, and when filled with water, they fall like a bright moon in the mountains, hence the name "Yuetian".

There are more than 700 Zhuang villagers living in the villages on the mountain, and the scattered wooden houses are quite ethnic. For hundreds of years, they have been working at sunrise in this paradise, staying at sunset and living a quiet life. The name of the hut is peace village.

The most famous landscape of Ping 'an Village is looking at the moon with seven stars. There are seven hills around the moon field, forming a wonderful pattern of stars holding the moon. And that beautiful moon field, like the fifteenth moon, fell on the earth.

Suddenly one day, a camera lens reached into the Longji terrace, and a beautiful photo appeared in front of the world.

In the early 1980s, Longji Terraced Road was still difficult to walk, and it was all country roads, which was extremely hard. The late photographer Chen Yajiang discovered this beautiful land for the first time and took photos of Longji terraced fields here for publicity.

A photo has attracted countless people to climb the "Dragon's Backbone" and witness the beautiful wonders hidden in the deep mountains. The narrow path turned into asphalt, and the car drove all the way to the top of the mountain. The ancient hut opened its doors to the outside world, and the century-old terraces greeted guests from all directions.

The Zhuang girl led the tourists into the stockade, and the Zhuang boy carried the guests up the hillside. The dragon, who had been sleeping for many years, woke up, and people in the cottage found that the terraced fields cultivated by their ancestors not only provided them with the conditions for survival, but also the source of their wealth. The function of ancient wind and rain bridge is also changing. In addition to shelter from the wind and rain, it has become an excellent store.

With more and more foreign guests, the appearance of the cottage is also changing. Many people have built family hotels and restaurants, as well as professional film and television houses and fashionable cafes. The life of the villagers is getting better every day.

There is a restaurant called "Moon Bay" on the Moon Day, and a picture of "Looking at the Moon with Seven Stars" is used on the signboard. As far as growing grain is concerned, the moon field is not good because it is not easy to irrigate. But in the eyes of tourists, the moon field is a treasure. When the moon is not bright, tourists on the mountain will not flourish, and the rooms in the "Moon Bay" will often be empty. Only when the moon rises on the terraced fields can the hotels in peace village be full. Everyone is looking forward to the fifteenth moon.

A bright moon rises in the night sky, and people will think, when will the moon on the dragon ridge shine? When raising a glass and drinking, people often express such feelings: When the sky is always clear, when will the moon set on the earth?

Although Longji peace village has been developing tourism for many years, the Zhuang people in the village still retain many traditional customs. Outside guests can not only see the picturesque Longji terraced fields, but also experience the traditional ethnic customs.

Thirteen villages in Longji, thirteen villages,

There are 13 people in each family, each with two in-laws.

This ancient folk song has been sung for hundreds of years, and the oldest of the thirteen stockades is Longji Ancient Village. Walking into the ancient village, you can see the ancient well in Longquan, the fire pond a hundred years ago, the Taiping Qing cylinder and other historical sites that gush day and night.

Longjitai was built in the Yuan Dynasty and completed in the early Qing Dynasty. More than 600 years ago, the Zhuang people burned rocks, threw water on them to break boulders, split bamboo and filled them with water as checkpoints to open up these terraces. They themselves did not expect that this land, which once depended on for survival, has now become the "crown of terraced fields in the world", and labor has created beauty, which has been best interpreted here.

Longans are paired. For years, people have been looking for the other eye of the dragon. Since ancient times, people have never seen the back of the moon. In the early 1980s, when the photographer Wen et al. filmed the peace terraced fields in Longji, they heard from the local people that there was still a large terrace in Jinkeng, so they took the trouble to walk to Jinkeng for five hours, only to see a terrace full of silver, with the bright moon hanging high all year round and seven stars accompanying them.

The Jinkeng terrace is surrounded by mountains, and it looks like a natural pit in the middle. It was named the Golden Pit because gold was dug in this pit in the past. Jinkeng terraced fields are high and far away, and have not been known to outsiders for many years. Experts believe that the reclamation time of Jinkeng Terrace is the same as that of Ping 'an Terrace-it was built in Yuan Dynasty and completed in Qing Dynasty. The two terraces have their own characteristics: Ping 'an terraces are chic and soft, and Jinkeng terraces are magnificent. The biggest difference between the two places is that Ping 'antai is inhabited by Zhuang people, while Jinkengtai is inhabited by Yao people. The discovery of the golden pit added another excellent landscape to the Longji terraced fields, and people finally found the other eye of the dragon!
