Weishan yizu zhuomulang village

It is more than 40 kilometers away from the ancient city of Weishan, Dali, and nearly 20 kilometers away from Panshan Highway, which can only accommodate one car.

Zhuomulang Village is a remote village under the jurisdiction of Weishan County, which is said to be the most primitive village in Yunnan Province to preserve the customs and traditions of the Yi people. There used to be a tradition that women went out to work hard, and it was physical labor, which was extremely hard all year round, while men took care of their children at home, smoked and chatted, and enjoyed the fruits of this family's efforts.

As soon as the Yi people entered the village, it was a small handover square. The Yi calendar is painted on the wall. Traditionally, there are only ten months in a year. We asked some questions with several little girls in the village. The little girl said: Now they are also using the solar calendar, twelve months a year.

Yi people have many totems: fire totem, monkey totem, dragon totem, gourd totem, eagle totem, spider totem and many other totems.

? According to Mr. Xie of Weishan Huajiantang, if there are girls at home here. Little by little, my mother exchanged her labor income for silver ingots, and then when she got married, she sewed the silver ingots from head to toe into a beautiful silver dress.

It is said that according to the present value, it will cost 20,000-30,000 RMB. This is an expensive dowry for remote and poor villages.

The whole mountain village, if there is enough time to shoot in the best photography spots nearby, will capture a beautiful picture with Yi characteristics, a beautiful and distant picture of China ethnic minorities, with a strong sense of hierarchy and artistic sense. Unfortunately, our stay is too short. I hope we can visit the ancient Yi civilization and culture in depth next time.
