X4S is a 1 inch back-illuminated sensor with an ultra-compact lens (non-replaceable), which is suitable for professional photography and H.264/H.265 broadcast video shooting.

The X5S sensor has a 4/3 inch frame, which can be replaced by various M4/3 lenses. With the CineCore 2.0 high-performance image processing system inside Wu2, it can record H.264/H.265 broadcast video, as well as CinemaDNG and Apple ProRes videos produced by professional film and television.
