The first part of Shen Feng was filmed in the Oriental Film Capital.

The crew entered the Oriental Film and Television Industrial Park on February 20 18. It took nearly two years to shoot carefully in the park, and 10000 square meters and 6000 square meters of 10 single-chip fields were opened in the film and television industrial park, and the racetrack was temporarily built in the park. At the same time, in the location of Qingdao film and television in Mashan, Tibet, there is a magnificent scene.

In order to restore the glorious Shang Dynasty Chao Ge recorded in history, the crew specially built a film studio with an area of 800 mu and a total area of 30,000 square meters in Lingshan, Qingdao. The location studio covers an area of 500 mu, and the venue is all built by the crew.

The crew used real-life shooting and real-life construction, and also sent a special outdoor art team to spend more than a year looking for unspoiled areas in various inaccessible places in China, presenting the scenes needed for this film. In terms of real-life construction, the crew restored a forest in Qingdao Oriental Film Capital, and butterflies really flew into the studio during the live shooting.

Casting method

The film started in June 20 14 and entered the preparatory stage in September 20 16. On February 20 17, a large-scale actor recruitment was conducted among Chinese people all over the world. The age requirement for the actors in the audition is 16-25 years old, and the crew is very strict with the actors. The number of information photos sent is as high as 12, including front, left 45-degree angle, right 45-degree angle, close-up, middle, foreground, artistic photos, etc. And the actor's self-recommendation video also includes self-introduction from the waist to the upper body, with the left and right faces at 45 degrees and the whole body rotating.

The film audition actors were selected from 1500 people 1400 people were interviewed by the director himself, and finally more than 20 young actors were selected to enter the worship training camp. The selected actors have been trained in professional courses for 24 weeks, with closed courses of no less than 1.2 hours per day for 24 weeks and training for 6 days per week, from performance, fighting, equestrian, ancient music and traditional culture. There is also training in all aspects of body shaping, constantly breaking through their own limits in order to meet the director's strict requirements for the "proton brigade."
