Dali Ancient City, Old Town of Lijiang and Fenghuang Ancient City, which is your dish?
I have been to the first two several times, and they have all become home-cooked dishes. I'd better choose Phoenix.
I have been to all these ancient cities, especially Phoenix, and I don't know much about them. I had been there many times before it was developed. At that time, there were basically no tourists in the ancient city. Later, I worked in tongren city for three years. The office is next to Daxing Town at the junction of the two places. The distance and time to drive to Tongren or Fenghuang are similar. I go to the ancient city of Fenghuang at least twice a week on average, and I know where to go with my eyes closed.
To be fair, the three ancient cities have their own characteristics and are all quite good. Although they are very lively and commercialized now, I don't care if they are commercialized at all. I just hope that less irrelevant people will enter the camera when taking pictures.
Among the three ancient cities, if we only talk about the ancient city itself without considering the surrounding scenery, then I prefer Phoenix, because the scenery of the ancient city of Phoenix is more natural and better than Dali and Lijiang. Lijiang in Dali is basically a completely man-made city, and Phoenix is a perfect combination of man-made and nature. Crossing the city and the Tuojiang River is the essence of Phoenix, which is not available in Lijiang, Dali.
However, the disadvantage of Phoenix is also the advantage of Lijiang in Dali, that is, the climate of Phoenix is not good, it is too hot in summer and too cold in winter, while the climate of Lijiang in Dali is much more pleasant.
If we consider not only the ancient city itself, but also the surrounding environment and scenery, then I prefer Dali, the beautiful Erhai Lake next to the ancient city. Although it is not as clear and pure as Lugu Lake in Lijiang, it is convenient. It can be reached in a short time by bike. Lugu Lake is too far away, more than half of it is in Sichuan, and it takes four or five hours to drive.
Whenever possible, all three ancient cities should be visited. In addition, there is a 5A scenic spot in the middle-Zhenyuan Ancient City is not bad. At present, the commercial atmosphere here is not strong, the scale is smaller than Lijiang and Fenghuang in Dali, but the scenery is better.
I like the ancient city of Dali for the following reasons:
1, Xiaguan Peak, Shangguanhua, Cangshan Snow, Erhai Moon; Dali has its own "romantic scenery", the old capital of Nanshao, some of which are not only picturesque, but also profound historical culture;
2. When I first met Dali, I was thinking about the existence of Dali Kingdom, and I especially wanted to see Duan Yu's home. When we set foot on this land, Cangshan and Erhai are dreamlike, the romantic butterfly spring gurgles, the sacred Chongzheng Temple in Nanzhao stands tall, and the Shi Baoshan Grottoes in Jianchuan are magnificent and full of unique national charm. The natural scenery of Dali can only be described as "the creator has endowed all the mysterious natural grace here", while the rich human landscape is more fascinating than the Dali family legend written by Jin Yong. I don't want to leave when I come.
3. Xizhou Baba (China food on the tip of the tongue), Mugua chicken, cold chicken rice noodles, hot and sour fish, stone fish, etc. There is too much delicious food. How can you leave without tasting it?
To sum up: Dali is not only an ancient city with romantic scenery, but also a place with stories, delicious food and stories. What could be better than this?
Dali, Lijiang and Fenghuang are all rare places, but Lijiang is my favorite!
Dali
Located at the foot of the beautiful Cangshan Mountain, the ancient city of Dali is the capital of Nanzhao and Dali. The streets in the city are in a typical chessboard layout and are the tourist core area of Dali.
The weather in Dali is fine in March and April of the lunar calendar. At this time, it is most appropriate to come to Dali to enjoy the scenery and feel the folk customs. Here you can plant flowers and grass, Doby cats and dogs, visit small shops and bubble bars, and enjoy the slow life of literature and fashion.
The whole ancient city of Dali is neat and standardized, with clear division of labor and diverse functions. Judging from the urban planning and construction, this business district has been built very successfully. On the negative side, too many meetings make people lose their original freshness, indifference and even boredom; But on the bright side, repetition can leave a deep impression on people, make these shops and streets leave a long-lasting memory in the hearts of tourists, and even form a brand effect. Most of the streets in the ancient city of Dali are not wide, divided into many sections, and there are many turns. This helps to develop small and medium-sized industries and various shops and restaurants in cities. The road network extending in all directions provides dense commercial points and avoids boring street atmosphere. The increase of small markets has also given young people more places to go. There are not only relatively new buildings on the street, but also some old buildings. There is a large flow of people in the ancient city. High population density alone is enough to bring diversity. This has promoted the prosperity of its business and ensured the vitality of the whole city.
Fenghuang ancient town
Magnificent ancient city wall, uniform diaojiao building, flat stone road, Miao girl by Tuojiang River ... These are the first impressions of Fenghuang ancient city. Fenghuang, located in Xiangxi, Hunan Province, is a county inhabited by ethnic minorities, mainly Miao and Tujia. It has a long history and was once called "the land of barbarians". However, a "Border Town" pushed this ancient city to the whole world.
Today's Phoenix is the "most beautiful town in China" written by New Zealand writer rewi alley and the "hometown of painting" written by painter Huang Yongyu. It can be compared with Old Town of Lijiang in Yunnan and Pingyao in Shanxi. It is an ideal place for many tourists to travel, sketch and take photos.
The core ancient city of Fenghuang was built in the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, and it was named after a mountain in the southwest shaped like a phoenix flying with wings. There are four towers in four directions, east, west, north and south. Zhengdong Street is the central axis of the ancient city. The streets in the ancient city are criss-crossed, so you can walk anywhere you want.
There are more than 60 ancient buildings with cultural relics, more than 20 houses 120 in Ming and Qing dynasties, and more than 30 temples and pavilions in Fenghuang ancient city, among which "Nine Scenes of Phoenix" is the most essential part of the ancient city. Around the ancient city of Fenghuang, visitors can also experience crossing the Xiangxi Canyon and visiting Miao villages with rich Miao customs. In addition, Qiliangdong, South Great Wall and South Huashan Cultural Scenic Area are also worth visiting.
Phoenix in the morning is the best time for photography. At six or seven o'clock in the morning, the whole ancient city has not yet awakened, and the streets are filled with mist. At this moment, tourists are the least, and they can capture the beauty of the ancient city of Phoenix best. The night view of Tuojiang River after the rain is also hazy and intoxicating. You can see the best night view of Tuojiang River at the top of Nanhua Bridge or Shawan.
For tourists who like photography, the diaojiao buildings along the Tuojiang River and the riverside are the most humanistic and natural landscapes with Xiangxi customs. When the water surface is calm, you can shoot the reflection of tens of thousands of towers and diaojiao buildings on the river, which is very artistic.
Old Town of Lijiang
Old Town of Lijiang, also known as Dayan Ancient Town, is one of the few ancient cities of ethnic minorities in China, and it has been rated as "World Cultural Heritage": there are rich ethnic customs, the layout of small bridges and flowing water, patchwork residential buildings, and endless nightlife, and film and television dramas such as "One Meter of Sunshine" and "The Storm of the Shogun" have been filmed here.
One of the most famous towns on the ancient tea-horse road has a history of 8900 years. In the ancient city, there are blue tiled wooden buildings, ancient streets and stone alleys, and flowing bridges. Standing on the east street of Gucheng, you can look up at Yulong Snow Mountain.
China, one of the two ancient cities that successfully declared the world cultural heritage with the whole ancient city, is one of the types with distinctive features and different styles in China. Old Town of Lijiang began to take shape in the Southern Song Dynasty. Since the Ming Dynasty, Old Town of Lijiang has called it "Wild Goose Lane". It is named because it lives in the center of Lijiang Dam, surrounded by green hills and green water between green fields, and looks like a jade inkstone.
Here, the most worthless thing is sunshine, so if you can't figure it out, just take a bath in the sun, and everything will be suddenly enlightened and life will always get better. Almost all the inns in the ancient city have dogs. As a sign of attracting business, dog owners have their own tricks. In order to earn dog food, dogs are also heartbroken and engaged in various sideline businesses. Walking through the bustling square street, through the crowded alleys, the music in the bar street and the neon-lit night, this should be the beginning of a day in Lijiang. My favorite food, Dai flavor. A plate of rice noodles, cooked beef slices, cooked tripe slices and a bowl of thick juice. Thick juice is made by boiling bitter sausage water in a pot, then adding chopped raw beef, chopped leek, coriander, fragrant willow, Bulei and millet, stirring together, rinsing in it, and soaking rice noodles, cooked beef slices and cooked tripe slices in the thick juice for a while, which is very refreshing. Now you can also see the ancient city and Yulong Snow Mountain in the distance.
It is really a romantic city, and even a ray of sunshine has become so poetic.
Many travelers think that Old Town of Lijiang is Lijiang, but it is not. In addition to the ancient city, Lijiang is much larger than Old Town of Lijiang, and Old Town of Lijiang is located at the junction of Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau and Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in the northwest of Yunnan Province. It used to be a transit point for the Silk Road and the ancient tea-horse road, with a very long history. Because of its unique culture and natural landscape, it has become a very popular tourist destination in China. There are many places worth visiting here-such as the mysterious Lugu Lake, the quiet and leisurely Shuhe ancient town, the majestic Yulong Snow Mountain and the beautiful Lashihai.
Old Town of Lijiang
I have been to all three places.
Speaking of the fame of Dali ancient city, it is slightly inferior to Lijiang and Fenghuang. But in fact, I think Dali is the most worthwhile place to go.
Because now Old Town of Lijiang and Fenghuang Ancient City have been over-commercialized. If you want to have an affair or have fun, that's fine. But if you go to see the scenery, Dali is better.
And there's a saying I don't know if you've heard of it? Yunnan scenery to see Dali. It can be seen that the scenery in Dali is by no means inferior to the other two places.
Phoenix is a 4A tourist attraction in China and a famous historical and cultural city in China. The charming night view, diaojiao building and Miao village are the charm of Phoenix tourism, and the profound historical and cultural background is the soul of Phoenix tourism.
As night falls, Phoenix in the border town takes off its mysterious gauze and puts on gorgeous clothes. The first time you saw her, you fell in love with her at night, as if you were in an ancient dream. Fenghuang county has a long history, which is touching and gratifying. According to records, it began in Xia Dynasty and once belonged to the land of "Wushan Miao Man", including Qianzhong County, Wuling County, Chenyang County and Wuyang County. The ancient rhyme of the border town permeates the bustling depths of the Phoenix. In the south of the Great Wall ruins, former residence, North Gate Tower, Tiaoyan and Shiban Street, antique town life is desirable.
The beautiful pictures of the legendary phoenix and cave fire unfold slowly in front of you with the beautiful melody. And the smell of bacon and ginger candy will also be full of ancient incense, so you can enjoy the food to your heart's content, which way is up to you.
When the lights go out, when the music fades, when the Tuojiang River is moist, when you watch it alone in a room with a view, it will be beautiful. Close your eyes, wander around and feel a dreamy and real phoenix quietly and attentively.
All three have been there, each with its own characteristics. I stayed in Dali for two days, and lived in Old Town of Lijiang and Fenghuang Ancient City for a long time. If I choose to go again, I will definitely make up lessons in go to dali.
I have been to the ancient city of Fenghuang once, with a strong ethnic flavor and many people, which is generally good.
I have been to Dali ancient city once, and I feel quite satisfied. Don't feel amazing. I just want to visit Erhai Lake again.
I have been to Old Town of Lijiang twice, and the architecture has the characteristics of an ancient town, but it feels a little overdeveloped and has a strong commercial flavor, but it is ok to stay for a short time.
Compared with the three ancient cities, I may think Lijiang is more fun.
