The computer camera is broken.

First confirm whether the camera is turned on:

Enter privacy in the search box, select camera privacy settings, click the camera in the pop-up window, and set "Allow applications to use my camera" to on.

If it still doesn't work, you can right-click the start menu to enter the device manager, double-click the mirror device, right-click the camera device and select uninstall, then follow the prompts to finish and restart.

Or choose to update the driver software, click automatically search for the updated driver software, and follow the prompts to complete and restart.

If the above does not work, please try to restore the system and see if the problem is solved.
