OW, AOW, OW+AOW, EFR+ rescue course, diving long course, etc. OW is an open water diver, and OW divers are allowed to dive up to 18M. AOW is an advanced open water diver. It allows you to dive to 3M, which is the limit of leisure diving.

only takes 2 days and requires 5 dives. There is no fixed content in the course. Deep diving and underwater navigation are compulsory courses, and the other three courses are free to choose. The general coach will make a choice for you according to the situation in Semporna.
