What weather is suitable for deep space photography?

It's not called deep space photography, it's called starry sky photography or orbital photography.

The place you chose is not good, and the light pollution is too heavy. Choose a clear night sky without lights and the moon. Low ISO is not acceptable, at least 1600, and then the exposure time of wide-angle lens with large aperture is about 30 seconds.
