With the approval of the Municipal Editorial Committee, the public institutions affiliated to the Suqian Municipal Audit Bureau decided to openly recruit 4 professional and technical personnel. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

2. Application conditions

1. Abide by the constitution and laws, and have Good conduct;

5. Participate in the 2009 Suqian Civil Servant Recruitment Examination (Category A ) and pass the written test;

6. Be in good health and meet other conditions stipulated in the recruitment brochure.

3. Recruitment procedures and methods

Recruitment will be carried out in accordance with the principle of "voluntary registration, fair competition, and merit-based employment" and will be conducted through a combination of interviews and assessments.

(1) Registration

Anyone who is voluntary and meets the registration requirements and requirements can apply at the Suqian Audit Bureau Office (Municipal Audit Building) from September 22 to 26, 2009 Room 502 on the fifth floor, the same below). The registration time is from 8:30 to 11:30 in the morning and from 14:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon.

Materials required for registration: personal ID card, graduation certificate, and 2 recent 2-inch color photos with no hat and same background (if you are already working, you must also provide proof of your employer’s consent to apply).

Applicants should fill in the "Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Suqian City" (in duplicate) and go through the registration procedures after passing the qualification review.

(2) Interview

According to the written test scores of registered candidates, from high scores to low scores, the interviewees will be determined in a ratio of three times the planned recruitment number. The interview time will be notified later.

After the interview, the candidate's total score will be calculated using a percentage system based on the written test score and the interview score each accounting for 50%. If there is no competition for the interview position, the interview score reaching 60 points will be regarded as qualified.

(3) Physical examination

The physical examination is jointly organized by the Municipal Personnel Bureau and the Municipal Audit Bureau. Based on the total scores, the candidates to participate in the physical examination will be determined from high scores to low scores in a 1:1 ratio to the planned number of personnel to be recruited according to the position. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the "General Standards for Physical Examination for National Civil Servants Recruitment (Trial)". If a vacancy occurs due to failure in the physical examination, candidates with the highest score to the lowest score can be filled in order.

(4) Inspection

For those who pass the physical examination, the Municipal Audit Bureau will organize the assessment with reference to the "Implementation Rules for the Assessment of National Civil Servants in Jiangsu Province".

Persons who pass the assessment are determined to be candidates for employment and will be announced by the Municipal Personnel Bureau and the Municipal Audit Bureau on the Suqian Personnel (Establishment) Network and Suqian Audit Website. The publicity period is 7 days. After the publicity period has expired, those who meet the employment conditions will go through the employment procedures.

If there are those who fail the assessment, they can be replaced at one time from the highest score to the lowest score among the applicants.

(5) Employment

The employer and the person to be hired shall sign an employment contract and go through the personnel agency procedures. The probationary period is 6 months (12-month probationary period for fresh graduates). During the probationary period, you will enjoy the treatment of public institutions personnel stipulated by the state. After the probationary period expires, the employment formalities will be formally processed after passing the assessment. If the probationary employee fails the probationary period, the employment contract will be terminated.

If the person to be hired has signed a labor contract or employment agreement with the relevant unit, he or she shall be responsible for handling the matter in accordance with relevant regulations.
