Can you help me see how this is arranged?

Personally, I don't like this kind of treatment, because the background is so bright and dazzling that I can hardly stand it and my eyes will be tired. This is beside the point.

Let's talk about the light itself. In fact, this kind of photo can be easily achieved without lighting. When there is enough light on a sunny day, the light projected into the room through the ground glass is used as the background, and the subject is separated from the background by a certain distance, because the light projected into the indoor subject will gradually decay, and a large light ratio will be formed between the subject and the background (this is the focus of this picture). Then you can measure the light of the subject (you can consider measuring with a light spot). At this time, because the illumination of the subject is weak relative to the background, you can shoot directly. Because the light between the subject and the background is relatively large, at this time, shoot with the parameters relative to the normal exposure of the subject, and the background will naturally become highlights to achieve your proof effect.

Personally, I prefer something soft. There are two ways for your reference:

1, cover the window with a soft light material, and then narrow the distance between the subject and the background to reduce the light ratio. As for how close the distance is and how soft the light should be, try it according to your own needs. )

2, you can shoot along the light. If one window is not enough, you can use the light from multiple windows for lighting, or under the balcony, you can take pictures with various natural lights.

These methods can make the picture softer and more pleasing to the eye.
