What are the fine arts colleges?

Art colleges include Tianjin Arts and Crafts Vocational College, Heilongjiang Sanjiang Art Vocational College and Inner Mongolia Art Vocational College.

1. Tianjin Vocational College of Arts and Crafts is the only public art vocational college in Tianjin, which was put on record by the Ministry of Education and approved by the Tianjin Municipal People's Government. The college has comprehensive painting, Chinese painting, decorative art design, interior design technology, fashion design, film and television animation, visual communication art design and other fine arts majors.

2. Heilongjiang Sanjiang Art Vocational College is a national ordinary institution of higher learning approved by the Heilongjiang provincial government and filed by the Ministry of Education, and is led by the Provincial Department of Education. The college is a combination of arts and sciences, integrating digital media, environmental art engineering, fashion design engineering, film and television animation design and art education research. It is the only full-time art college in Heilongjiang Province that is included in the national unified enrollment plan. Ranked in the top ten among similar universities in China.

3. Inner Mongolia Art Vocational College is a full-time private ordinary higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (No.248 [2010]) and filed by the Ministry of Education (No.70 [2012]), which is included in the national unified enrollment plan and has the qualification of independently issuing nationally recognized academic certificates. It is the only higher art college in Inner Mongolia.
