Welcome to Shanghai Disneyland. In order to ensure that all visitors can enjoy a safe and pleasant paradise experience, please know:

Due to safety considerations, individual handbags, packages or other items may not be brought into the park. We will handle the unattended articles properly.

Please respect other visitors and cast members (staff) in the park, use civilized language, and don't do any dangerous, illegal, unsanitary, destructive or aggressive behavior. If the above behavior occurs, you may be asked to leave the park unconditionally.

to ensure the safety of you and others, please don't run in the park.

when waiting in line, please respect other tourists, and don't collide or push others. All colleagues must line up together.

visitors must always dress neatly in the park (including tops, pants/skirts and shoes). Visitors aged 16 or above are not allowed to wear costumes of characters in cartoons, movies or cartoons. Do not wear long clothes that reach the ground. If the dress is improper, indecent or affects other tourists' experience, they may be rejected or asked to leave the park.

tourists aged 16 or above are not allowed to wear masks (except medical masks). When wearing a mask, tourists should not cover their eyes to ensure that their eyes are not blocked at any time and they can clearly see things around them.

whether tourists can take various amusement projects depends on the specific safety rules. Children under the age of seven must be accompanied by tourists aged 16 or above to take amusement projects.

during the tour, visitors need to keep their tickets at all times and show them when the cast members ask for inspection.

please plan your trip according to the waiting time and opening time of the amusement project. Visitors may not be able to experience all the amusement projects during the operation time of the park in one day.

without consent, tickets and other privileges are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stipulated by law. Tickets and other privileges will be invalidated as soon as they are changed privately. Tickets are for personal use only within the validity period, and are not applicable to special activities that are charged separately. At the entrance of the park, we will take your photo as the identity authentication of the ticket holder. If you enter the park many times in the same day, you must show your tickets.

You are not allowed to bring the following items into the park:

Inflammable and explosive articles (such as firecrackers), weapons, simulated weapons and toy guns (including toy blasters and water guns).

food (except those that are in original packaging, sealed, unopened and can be enjoyed without any processing or treatment). Foods that cannot be brought into the park include, but are not limited to, instant noodles that need to be eaten with heated water, food in heatable containers or homemade food.

alcoholic beverages; More than 6 ml of non-alcoholic beverages.

canned or glass containers (except small baby canned food).

luggage with dimensions over 56cm x 36cm x 23cm. Other wheeled luggage may not be allowed to enter the park during rush hours and other necessary circumstances.

wheelbarrows and wheeled vehicles-excluding hand-propelled wheelchairs, electric mobility aids for the disabled with not less than three wheels and a speed of not more than 16 kilometers per hour, and baby carriages with a size of not more than 92 cm X 132 cm.

play equipment with pulleys, such as roller skates and shoes with pulleys, skateboards and scooters.

large-scale professional photography and video equipment and tools; Large tripod, folding chair and stool.

animals (except guide dogs). Guide dogs must always be tethered and under the supervision of their owners. Some amusement projects may not allow guide dogs to enter.

articles prohibited by relevant laws and other dangerous or destructive articles.

Do not engage in the following activities:

Without our permission,

sell or exchange goods or services, or display any goods or services for the purpose of sale or exchange.

distribute and display printed matter or recordings in any form, or use any flags, banners or signs.

hold an assembly, a theme activity, a performance or a speech.

use the telescopic pole of camera/mobile phone/hand-held camera (such as selfie stick).

photography, video recording or audio recording, except for personal use and non-commercial purposes.

engage in any interview behavior without prior permission, including but not limited to photography, video recording, recording, interviewing tourists or cast members.

impersonating or playing any Disney role will affect other tourists or the operation of the park.

feed the animals in the park, including birds.

Fly kites and control remote control devices, such as drones and remote control toys.

any dangerous behavior or behavior that may hinder the operation of the park and any supporting facilities.

any act that violates the laws of the people's Republic of China.

Company rights:

We may take photos, take photographs and/or record in the park. Your entry into the park will be deemed as your consent to be photographed, photographed and/or recorded, and your consent to the use of images and/or recordings containing your portrait and/or voice for our internal business, administrative and operational purposes or other directly related purposes, for meeting legal, safety or security requirements, or for other legitimate purposes.
