The total investment is about 2.8 billion. With a total height of 333 meters, the main tower is the tallest building in Changzhou at present. The whole architectural design concept comes from Tianning Pagoda in Changzhou. Shen Yue, the architect of Shanghai Architectural Design Institute, who is in charge of the design, said: "1228 is relatively modern, based on Tianning Pagoda, a historic and cultural landmark building in Changzhou, and it is a symmetrical octagonal (building). We have made some distinctions on the top, combined with modern functions to trim the octagonal shape to form a petal-shaped octagonal plane layout, which gradually shrinks to the top, and it is similar to Tianning Temple in posture. The building is the tallest building in Changzhou and the third tallest building in Jiangsu Province, ranking 22nd in China and 35th in the world. In China, it is the same height as the 19th Shanghai World Trade International Plaza and 2th Wenzhou World Trade Center.
