How to shoot Chinese painting

If you are a professional art photographer, you need a special studio. The picture was placed vertically on an easel, with lights on both sides at the height of the center. At a distance of one meter, the angle between the light and the picture is 45 degrees. Then put the camera on a tripod, with the height of the lens facing the center of the picture, far away, and try not to let the edge of the picture be distorted in perspective.

However, if a painting belongs to a broken and dangerous old artwork that needs to be protected, it should not be hung, or it can be shot on an inclined desktop or flat on the ground. The principle of lighting is the same as that of upright shooting. A tripod is used to ensure that the lens is in the middle of the picture and the lens axis is perpendicular to the picture.

If there are no conditions for professional photography, such as professional lighting, it is best to shoot in natural light. It is recommended to shoot in a studio with skylight or outdoor shade to avoid uneven light or color tendency.

It is better to use a fixed focus of 50 for the lens than macro, which will cause perspective distortion. In addition, Chinese paintings should be framed, at least later. If the paper is not supported, it is invalid. Try not to use the computer to repair the film too much, the distortion will be more serious.
