The persons from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao as mentioned in this Notice refer to those who have applied for the Employment Certificate for Persons from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao (hereinafter referred to as the Employment Certificate) from Article 2, and those from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao who have established labor relations with enterprises in this Municipality can participate in the endowment insurance. The medical insurance and work-related injury insurance in this Municipality shall be implemented in accordance with the existing social insurance laws and regulations of this Municipality and the relevant provisions on the participation of non-Shenzhen registered employees, and shall pay social insurance premiums and enjoy them as required.
