Photographs taken by photographers belong to a kind of works in copyright law, namely photographic works. In our country, copyright is copyright.

(A) on the ownership of copyright

According to the provisions of China's copyright law, the author of a work is the copyright owner of the work and enjoys the copyright of the work. Of course, this is only a general situation, and China's Copyright Law also stipulates the ownership of works and commissioned works.

Commissioned works refers to the works created by the author entrusted by others. China's Copyright Law stipulates that the ownership of commissioned works's copyright shall be agreed by the client and the trustee through the contract. If the contract is not clearly stipulated or concluded, the copyright belongs to the trustee.
