Overview of grassland

Synopsis of story:

On the way to the Long March, the officers and men of the Red Army trudged through the muddy grass in rags. Defender company commander Xiao Guocheng (Li Zhengfeng) dragged fourteen-year-old Xiao Qin (Tao Huang), and on the other side came Chang Chi (Han Zhenhua), a senior cadre of the Red Army who was sentenced to death by Zhang, waiting for him. Zeng (Sun), whose leg was injured, stood silently in front of the new grave of his comrades-in-arms and refused to leave.

Little nurse Xu Ling (Yu) refused to leave her dead mother (Yang Chunyan) no matter how coaxed. There are still a few stragglers hobbling along. Looking at everything in sight, Xiao Guocheng felt a great responsibility. How to take his comrades out of the grass has become a big pain in his heart.

Chang Chi reminded him to set up a temporary party branch and give play to the leading role of the backbone. Su Huang (Ji Ping), who escorted Changji, fell ill due to illness and hunger. Before he died, he quietly tore up the verdict he put in his body.
