1. Recruitment Principles

2. Job Responsibilities
Responsible for accepting calls from the 71580 service enterprise district director hotline and making work orders based on the demands of the calling enterprises; conducting telephone return visits to the enterprises making the appeals and providing feedback on the acceptance status of relevant member units , investigate and appeal to the enterprise's satisfaction with the processing results; conduct regular telephone interviews with the enterprise to understand the enterprise's needs in a timely manner; and complete other tasks assigned.
3. Recruitment conditions
1. Have good conduct;
2. Under 35 years old (born after October 1, 1976), in good health;
3. Full-time college degree or above, preferably in economics, business administration, Chinese, secretarial and other related majors;
4. National or provincial computer level two or above, English level four or above Priority will be given;
5. Fluent Mandarin, familiar with Wuxi local dialect, and strong communication skills;
6. Applicants with work experience will be given priority.
4. Registration time and location
1. Registration period: October 8, 2012 to October 16, 2012.

5. Examination and Recruitment
(1) Relevant tests. 1. Mandarin test (50 points). 2. Wuxi dialect listening test (20 points). 3. Computer text entry test (30 points). Candidates for the interview will be determined based on the test scores from high to low based on the ratio of 1:3 in the recruitment position plan.
(2) Interview. The interview mainly assesses the candidate's comprehensive qualities in language expression ability, comprehensive analysis ability, sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit, adaptability, appearance and temperament, etc.
After the interview, the total score will be calculated based on the ratio of 50% of the applicant’s test score and 50% of the interview score.
(3) Physical examination. According to the 1:1 ratio of the recruitment position plan, the candidates who will participate in the physical examination will be determined from the highest score to the lowest score in the overall examination. The physical examination will be carried out in accordance with the relevant standards for recruitment by government agencies and institutions, and the location of the physical examination will be notified separately.
(4) Assessment. Assess the political ideology, moral character, practical performance, etc. of the candidates. If there are vacancies due to failure in the physical examination or assessment, candidates will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score based on the overall score.
