In the past, children often went out to run and play, but with the development of society and the emergence of many high-tech products, children now rarely go out to work, and almost all stay at home to play with their mobile phones or computers. If it takes a long time, it will be very bad for their eyesight, especially when the children are growing up. They should go out to exercise more and improve their physical fitness.

Three: more homework. There is also great pressure to study now. It's really painful to see these pupils. Every day, they carry a big schoolbag with many books and homework. Students who focus on homework either have the wrong posture or watch homework for too long, which leads to poor eyesight.

It really hurts to see so many students wearing glasses. Too young to see clearly. Although external factors cannot be avoided, we should pay more attention to them at ordinary times. Going out for a walk and looking at green things is good for our eyesight.
