On April 16, on the basis of preparing the poster of this contest, the publicity work was started. The first is the imperfection of planning. Because there is no previous experience, there are many loopholes in this plan, such as the atmosphere control at the scene, the order maintenance during the voting process, the detailed process of marking guests, and the precautions for signing in. These are not considered in the planning, so that the rehearsal and holding of the event are a bit at a loss.

The second is the rehearsal delay. For various reasons, the rehearsal has been unable to proceed smoothly. Even though I came to the university town early because I learned the lesson of insufficient rehearsal time for proposal collection, I still arranged the venue and hurried to eat.

Third, there are many problems at the event site. The first is the sign-in problem. There is no mention of sign-in in the planning book, so I can only design the sign-in table temporarily. Then there is the voting process. Although the host "led by the staff to the voting area on the right", the voting scene was still a bit confusing. Finally, regarding the grading award, I also designed the grading table temporarily, which is also one of the imperfections of the planning. Finally, the activity effect. Judging from the atmosphere of the whole activity site, although the atmosphere was active when the video was played, the whole activity gave people a sense of chaos, and even some activists made noise. Although this is a kind of high atmosphere, it may not be a good thing for the activity. Because I was sitting in the guest seat, it was not convenient to walk around casually, and the whole event site was not well controlled. Through study, students learn that digital photos can be post-processed by computer software to get more perfect photos.
