In order to further solve the problem of insufficient judicial capacity of the court and effectively improve the construction of the court's talent team, it is necessary to recruit 2 employees. According to relevant regulations, combined with the actual situation of this court, in accordance with the principles of "openness, equality, competition, and merit selection" , the announcement for this open recruitment is as follows:
1. Recruitment positions and conditions
The number of recruitment positions is 2 third-level employees, that is, 1 clerk and 1 document clerk position each. The basic conditions that applicants must meet are as follows:
(1) Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China and abide by the Constitution and laws of the People’s Republic of China;
(2) ) Have good conduct and professional ethics, and be willing to fulfill employee responsibilities and obligations;
(3) Have the qualifications required for the position (Annex 1);
(4) Adapt to the position Required physical conditions;
(5) Other conditions required for the position.
Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes and persons who have been dismissed from public service; persons who have been found to have committed fraud and other serious violations of examination disciplines in the recruitment of civil servants and public institutions at all levels; civil servants or public servants of public institutions Those who have been dismissed for less than 5 years; those who have not been relieved of party discipline or political discipline or are undergoing disciplinary review; those who have not expired the criminal punishment period or are under investigation for suspected violations of laws and other situations where relevant laws stipulate that they are not allowed to be employed as staff of government agencies and institutions. Personnel who are not allowed to apply.
Applicants are not allowed to apply for employee positions that constitute a avoidance relationship upon employment.
2. Remuneration and Benefits
The employees are Level 3 employees, and their remuneration and remuneration shall be implemented in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for Remuneration and Benefits of Employees of Government Institutions and Public Institutions in Daya Bay Economic and Technological Development Zone".
3. Recruitment procedures and steps
This open recruitment will be implemented through the following steps: announcement, acceptance of registration and qualification review, written examination, interview, physical examination, inspection, publicity and recruitment. .
(1) Publish announcements. From January 13 to January 24, 2014, recruitment announcements were published on the district human resources and social security department and the Daya Bay District People's Court website and other media.
(2) Accept registration. Registration period: January 27th to 29th, 2014. Registration is carried out through on-site registration and online registration. On-site registration location: Political Engineering Department, 7th Floor, Daya Bay District People's Court Office Building, contact person: Gu Zhaohui, contact number: 0752-5567061. The "Huizhou Daya Bay Economic and Technological Development Zone People's Court Public Recruitment Employee Registration Form" (Attachment 2) must be downloaded and filled out by the applicants themselves from the website where the recruitment announcement is issued. The registration form will not be provided on site.
The materials that need to be prepared and provided when registering are as follows (online applicants must upload the electronic version to dywfyzgk@126.com, and the original registration materials will be reviewed before receiving the admission ticket):
1. "Huizhou" Daya Bay Economic and Technological Development Zone People's Court Open Recruitment Employee Application Form" 2 original copies (printed on the front and back of A4 paper);
2. Two copies of the Mainland Resident ID Card and the original;
3. Two copies of other certification materials (A4 paper) related to the requirements for the position you are applying for and the original;
4. Four recent one-inch color photos of me, with the same bottom and front and no hat;
5. Applicants who have studied in Hong Kong and Macao or returned from studying abroad must obtain overseas academic qualifications and degree certification certificates from the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and have certification materials issued by our embassies and consulates abroad.
(3) Qualification review. The application forms and various certificates provided by the applicants will be compared and reviewed according to the qualifications required for the recruitment positions in the announcement. During the review, if the information filled in by the applicant is inconsistent with the true information of the applicant or the qualifications required for the recruitment position, the applicant's registration qualification will be cancelled.
After confirming the registration information, the District People’s Court Open Recruitment Leading Group Office will promptly produce the "Written Examination Admission Ticket" and issue it in due course before the written examination.
(4) Examination. The examination is conducted through a combination of written examination and interview. All examination subjects do not specify examination books. The examination questions are unified and marked by an institution entrusted by the District People's Court with personnel examination qualifications. The total score of the exam is 100 points, that is, the total score of the exam = written test score × 60% + interview score × 40%, and the score is calculated to 3 decimal places.
1. Written test. The written examination is mainly to test the relevant professional and comprehensive ability of the candidates. The specific examination time and location shall be subject to the issued "Written Examination Admission Ticket". Applicants must take the exam with a valid ID card and written exam admission ticket. The results of the written examination will be announced on the district human resources and social security department and the Daya Bay District People's Court website and other media within 10 working days after the completion of the written examination.
The ratio between the number of recruitment positions and those who meet the qualifications must reach 1:3 before the written test can be conducted. If the number of applicants who meet the qualifications does not meet the ratio of candidates, the recruitment task for the position will be cancelled.
2. Determine the interview targets. Based on the actual number of positions opened for examination and the order of applicants' written test scores from high to low (including tied scores), interview candidates will be determined in a ratio of 1:3. Those whose written examination scores do not reach 60% of the total score of the subject shall not be listed as candidates for interviews.
If the number of people interviewed does not reach the specified ratio, interviews will be organized based on the number of people who actually meet the interview conditions.
3. Qualification review. Interview candidates must review their qualifications at the specified time and location before the interview. If the main information in the relevant materials is untrue and affects the results of the qualification review, the applicant will be disqualified from participating in the interview. Those who fail the qualification review will not be allowed to participate in the interview, and candidates for interview will be replaced in descending order according to their written test scores. An "Interview Notice" will be issued on-site to candidates who have passed the qualification review.
4. Interview. The interview is conducted in the form of a structured interview, which mainly tests the applicant's comprehensive analysis ability, organizational coordination ability, and adaptability. The interview time is approximately 15 minutes for each interviewee.
The interview implementation plan will be formulated and implemented separately by the District People's Court, and the list of interviewees will be announced on the district Human Resources and Social Security Department and the Daya Bay District People's Court website and other media within 10 working days after the end of the written examination. At the same time An interview judging panel shall be formed in accordance with relevant regulations. The number of judges shall be an odd number and shall not be less than 7.
The interview scores will be scored and consolidated on the spot after the interview is completed. The interview scores will be announced to the candidates in the branch office during this interview period, and the candidates will sign on the interview score sheet for confirmation. The interview results and total test scores must be announced on the district human resources and social security department and the Daya Bay District People's Court website and other media within 10 working days after the interview.
(5) Physical examination. Based on the total score of the recruitment position examination, physical examination objects are determined in a 1:1 ratio from high scores to low scores. Those whose scores in a single interview subject are less than 60% of the total score of the subject shall not be listed as physical examination objects. The physical examination will be organized and implemented by the District People's Court with reference to the "Implementation Rules for Physical Examination of Open Recruitment Personnel by Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)". If you fail the physical examination or give up the physical examination, you can replace the candidates for the physical examination in sequence.
(6) Inspection. After the physical examination is completed, the district people's court shall refer to the "Implementation Rules for Public Recruitment Personnel Examination of Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)". If during the inspection it is discovered that the applicant does not meet the application qualifications, has concealed his or her true personal situation, or has other circumstances that affect employment, the employment qualification will be revoked upon verification. Those who fail the inspection or who personally give up on employment will not be replaced.
(7) Publicity and employment. Based on the physical examination and inspection, the candidates to be hired will be determined. The list of candidates to be hired must be published on the district human resources and social security department and the Daya Bay District People's Court website and other media for no less than 7 working days. Proposed employee candidates who have been publicly announced and have no objections will be submitted to the District People's Court for employment approval in accordance with the prescribed procedures and authority. The position affected by the announcement of proposed candidates will not be replaced.
4. Relevant Matters
(1) The Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department of the District People’s Court is responsible for the full supervision of the open recruitment work; the District Human Resources and Social Security Department is responsible for the guidance, supervision and management of the recruitment work.
(3) The admission ticket is an important document for candidates to participate in the written examination, interview, physical examination and other aspects. Please keep it properly. Applicants must bring their admission ticket and ID card with them when taking the exam. Those with incomplete documents will not be allowed to take exams and physical examinations.
