Kevin carter is a South African photographer. The work Hungry Sudan 1994 won the Pulitzer Prize for Journalism (the highest prize in American journalism) and Close-up Photography. The content of the work is a Sudanese girl who is about to fall to the ground hungry, and the vultures are not far behind the girl, waiting for the picture of hunting the girl.

This photo was first published in The New York Times, a famous American authoritative newspaper, on March 26th, 1993. Subsequently, other media quickly spread around the world, causing strong repercussions among people in various countries.
