What is hiding wind and gathering qi?
Feng Shui emphasizes "hiding the wind and gathering Qi". These four words can be said to be the "divine secret" in the end of the road. Modern science shows that there is an invisible aura on the surface of the human body. It is formed by the continuous flow of energy flows generated by the human body itself. This energy flow is intertwined to form the "qi" (this "qi") necessary to maintain life. "Qi" has been photographed with special photography technology) and is called "Nadis". This kind of aura can never be dispersed, which is equivalent to putting a layer of "armor" on the human body and adding a layer of protection. If this aura is lost to a certain extent, the human body will be invaded by adverse external factors and cause disease. This kind of "qi" is at its weakest when a person is resting and entering a sleep state, and is also most invaded by adverse external factors. Someone has done experiments and found that the "qi" surrounding the human body is weaker when sleeping in an open place than when sleeping indoors. The ancients made a conclusion about the living environment: "People who live in small homes have strong Qi." This coincides with the theory of the gathering and dispersion of the human body's Qi in the external environment.
