How to get to graffiti street from Chongqing North Railway Station?

I guess many people don't know where graffiti street refers to.

Graffiti street refers to Huangjueping main street with sichuan fine arts institute as the center.

You can take the subway line 3 directly to Chongqing North Railway Station and turn to Niujiaotuo Light Rail Line 2. After getting off at Yangjiaping, you can take bus No.823 to Huangjueping.
