The origin of the name of Ta Kung Pao

Ta Kung Pao was founded on1June, 902 17, and this year (200 1 year) is the 99th anniversary. It is the oldest newspaper in the history of China and the oldest newspaper in China. (It has surpassed Shenbao and Zilin Xibao).

Ta Kung Pao is a resounding entry with the word "Da" as its entry and the word "Gong" as its entry. In old China, Ta Kung Pao was published in six editions: Tianjin, Shanghai, Wuhan, Chongqing, Guilin and Hong Kong, with a total daily circulation of nearly 200,000 copies, which was unprecedented at that time.

During World War II, China's only long-term war correspondent in Europe was Xiao Gan of Ta Kung Pao. After the Red Army's Long March arrived in northern Shaanxi, Ta Kung Pao was the first to send a reporter (Fan Changjiang) to the border region to publish a series of newsletters and report all aspects of the Red Army to the public.

The Hong Kong version of Ta Kung Pao, which is still being published, was first published on August 1938 13, and was reissued on March/948 15. It has always been a famous patriotic and progressive newspaper in Hong Kong, and was once known as the "public opinion leader" in Hong Kong.
