Types of photography technology

Composition is mainly about composition. It mainly studies three questions: What's in a photo? In what form are these things presented? What do these things mean? Simply put, composition is to use boundaries to select and construct formal relations.

We started taking pictures, more or less eager to find some easy-to-understand "composition rules" to learn immediately:

1, low-angle composition

It's challenging to take such photos. You need to squat, sit, kneel or lie down and take pictures close to the ground. But it is worthwhile, because it can bring you extraordinary visual experience. After determining the shooting theme, you need to find a low enough angle, or even stick your mobile phone directly on the ground. Then use the picture guide line, such as the car track or other themes in the above picture, to put the whole theme picture into the viewfinder of the mobile phone. Or you can try to take the foreground in the picture as the main body, which can better highlight the key points. Finally, click on the screen to take a photo.

Look up and write

When we usually use low-angle composition, the subjects we shoot are often common in life. But the theme of this essay we are going to introduce next is the architecture, forest and sky where we live. Whether we are in a noisy city or walking in the forest, we can capture creative pictures as long as we look up at the composition.

You can look up or even lie down to observe the lines between buildings, so that the buildings extend inward from the four corners of the picture, giving the audience an immersive feeling. We can also look up and shoot branches, mountains, clouds and so on. Looking up at the sky, maybe you can see the airflow track that the plane is passing by, or just a group of planes are soaring. It will be very graphic to take such a photo.

Step 3: Look down at the composition.

Another unique shooting technique. Of course, it doesn't mean that you have to climb to the top of the building to make lovely works. However, if you have a chance to stand tall, you will definitely see a shocking picture.

4. Trigonometry, Jiugongge, golden section, tic-tac-toe composition

Our most common and commonly used composition rule is to divide the picture into three or nine parts according to the mathematical golden ratio.

5. Guide line composition

Let's find the lines and make the directions of these lines point to the key points we want to express. Summarize the powerful guiding lines in the scene, connect the main content of the picture with the background elements, attract the attention of the audience, and complete the shift of visual focus.

6. Framework composition

You just need to find something that can surround the subject in the shooting scene. Using such a "frame" to complete your composition can greatly enhance the appeal of your work. When taking framed photos, you don't need to find a frame that can completely surround the subject. You can simply pass through the openings between some tree trunks, as shown in the picture above. The scene frame can be doors, windows, arch bridges and even mirrors. And the surrounding things can be used to strengthen the main body of the photo.

7. Symmetric synthesis

It means that the subjects on both sides of the central axis of the picture are equal or roughly equal, so the picture has the characteristics of balanced layout, regular structure, beautiful pattern and strong interest. In real life and the surrounding environment, there are many scenes and objects that are often left, right and left. From the perspective of their left and right equivalence, a symmetrical picture layout can be formed.
