Freelance refers to occupations that are free from the control of enterprises and companies, self-managed, and focus on individual labor, such as lawyers, freelance writers, independent actors and singers. By extension, it seems that vendors who practice stalls on the street also see it this way. They are the same people without organization.

Freelance occupation has gradually emerged and developed since the reform and opening up. In the past, there was no freelancing. Everyone belongs to a certain enterprise and unit, and few people can leave the organization. No matter how clever the labor is, it is also restricted by various rules and regulations and supervised and interfered by all sides. Writers' writing is subject to the leadership intention and social situation, and the so-called joint creative group is a freak of that period. At that time, even the profession of lawyer was cancelled. After the reform and opening up, all walks of life have been revitalized, and elites from all walks of life have emerged. People are no longer satisfied with a safe and plain life. Especially in some economic and cultural fields, some intellectuals show strong independent personality, hoping to get rid of the restrictions of "organization" and restore the identity of traditional freelancers. As a result, a large number of "free men" broke through the ground.

Freelance has many advantages. On the surface, there are four advantages:

One: Don't look at the boss's face. Only the boss's face is the ugliest in the world. The boss has mastered your salary and position, and can manipulate you at will. And all bosses want to get the maximum profit with the minimum investment, so it is inevitable to be harsh on employees. No matter how long the boss's face looks, no matter whether he smiles or not, it is a "malicious" word when he looks carefully. A friend, who works in a foreign company, is scolded by his boss every day, and he is on tenterhooks and fidgety. He will have nightmares all night and eventually have a nervous breakdown. How painful! When you become a freelancer, all the problems will be gone. You are your own boss and no one can give you a hard time. You can do whatever you want as long as you don't overstep the moral and legal vigilance.

Second: You don't have to work nine to five. It's hard to work nine to five. Dare not stay up too late at night. Can't sleep in the morning. As soon as the alarm clock rings, I have to climb out of the gentle bed and exile myself. If you were a free man, you wouldn't have these pains. You can have fun and sleep as long as you want. No one will interfere with you even if you lie in bed from morning till night without eating, drinking or pulling. Only the bed is the most touching in the world, so don't let it down.

Three: avoid disputes among colleagues. Dealing with colleagues in the office is the most annoying thing. A little carelessness will cause a lot of disputes and make people fidgety. Now, you are a freelancer, and you have no long-term relationship with your colleagues. You can do what you want boldly, with less constraints and high efficiency.

Four: There is no need to be rigorous. As a freelancer, you get rid of the shackles of office dress, you don't have to wear a suit and tie, you can wear whatever you want, and no one dares to care about you.

Furthermore, because freelancer is a relatively free and active workspace, it is easier to stimulate inspiration and creativity. Someone said, "I have been a beggar for three years, and I don't want to go to the Golden Temple again." This statement is somewhat exaggerated, but it also shows people's yearning for a free life. A friend has partnered with others to open a law firm, and the business is not bad. A foreign company hired him as a department manager with an annual salary of 500,000. This is a good job. Because he didn't earn that much in two years, he thought about it for a few days and finally didn't go. "I don't want to see the boss's face."

So-called freedom

In fact, freedom is relative. Never act rashly just because you are an independent singer, lawyer, freelance writer and witkey. There is no such thing as a good thing. The 20th century was a market economy. Everything is for exchange. If you want it, you must pay. If you want to be famous and show off to the world, you have to sacrifice some privacy, and sometimes you have to make a lot of noise to attract the attention of the audience As a lawyer, you should stop your daily moral judgment, put aside your personal likes and dislikes and defend your guilt and innocence; Even a freelance writer can't scribble on his own temperament. You must cater to the editor's taste and understand the fashion, otherwise you can't contribute, and your livelihood will be in question. The same is true of being a witkey. You should cater to customers' opinions in every way and make compromises!

The word "freelancer" is far less appropriate than its English counterpart (English name in this edition). "Self-employment" means hiring yourself, which is translated by Hong Kong people as "self-employment".

According to Webster's dictionary, freelancers are: people who work independently and are not affiliated with any organization;

A person who engages in a profession without making a long-term commitment to any employer.

More accurate definition: mental workers (writers, editors, accountants, etc. ) or service providers who

Children find their own jobs under their own guidance, often but not always working from home.

Alias: consultant, temporary worker, contractor, free man, lone flying goose, lone ranger, independent household, self.

Workers, monologues, people who work by telephone, telecommunications are particularly popular.

In Europe), virtual employees, virtual entrepreneurs (very popular in the 20th century).

In China, freelancers include three types of people:

The first category is small businessmen, such as the owners of individual retail stores, snack bars, printing shops and decoration companies.

The second category is salesmen without basic salary, such as life insurance consultants, real estate agents, advertising agents, direct sellers and so on.

The third category is professionals, such as photographers, patent agents, lawyers, accountants, dentists, technical consultants, management consultants, plumbers, electricians, hairdressers, artists and so on.

For the third type of freelancers, money is not the most important thing. Their independence, their freedom to do things in their own way, and their honor as experts in their fields are far more important than pure money.

Most freelancers like to do it themselves. They don't want to hire help because they don't believe that others will do as well as they do. Most freelancers don't like to partner with others because they don't believe that others will do things the way they like.

Sadly for freelancers, the more successful their career is, the longer they work and the shorter they spend with their families.

Freelancers refer to individuals who have no legal cooperation with the system or investors and have legitimate income, but for new and new people in contemporary cities, they are mostly people who follow literature and art, such as freelance writers, artists, musicians, computer elites, planners and so on. Of course, with the development of society, the relaxation of system and the progress of technology, freelancers are also expanding into other fields. Scholars point out that doctors and lawyers will become the largest group of freelancers.

A tramp is a person who has no job and is not a student.

Nowadays, "unemployed" is a completely different concept, with completely different nature and connotation. Due to the high development of society, many new occupations are still unacceptable, such as stock investors, web workers and IT elites. Because there is no accurate definition of occupation, and their living habits are not within eight hours at all, they are basically considered unemployed by people in the last century. Who has ever seen an unemployed man with a million dollars? On the other hand, young people nowadays have knowledge, ability and imagination. They are not satisfied with the dullness and step-by-step of government agencies, but they have many social opportunities and great creative space. Therefore, they don't want to work regardless of their family's opposition. They prefer to work outside and engage in their favorite career. They are unconstrained and free, and they are also the effective force among the "unemployed"; Then there are some people who have to work and look for jobs because they can't find jobs. They have to live without a fixed place, change jobs frequently and even be forced to make a living; There is another group of people who are really "unemployed", especially in big cities in the mainland. Their parents are both state workers, and their family life is relatively well-off. They are happy and comfortable, and their parents control their diet and play. They played all the way from elementary school to college and stopped working after graduation. They play in small groups every day. Coupled with the adequate supply of social security, they live more comfortably.
