The reason for canceling the cable design is that the GP-VPT2BT uses a Bluetooth wireless connection solution, without the constraints of cables, which improves the convenience and freedom of operation. Sony GP-VPT2BT has five buttons. In addition to the common photography, video, and electric zoom toggle levers, a custom button is also added.
