Spark characteristics of cast iron: the fire bouquet of cast iron is very thick, with many streamline lines, generally secondary flowers, with many pollen, explosion, and the tail is gradually thick and drooping into an arc, and the color is mostly orange-red. During the spark test, it feels soft.

Spark characteristics of alloy steel: ① The spark characteristics of alloy steel are related to its alloy elements. Generally speaking, elements such as nickel, silicon, molybdenum and tungsten inhibit the spark explosion, while elements such as manganese, vanadium and chromium promote the spark explosion. Therefore, the identification of alloy steel is difficult to master. ② Generally, the fire bouquets of chrome steel are white and bright, with a slightly thicker and longer streamline, and most of them burst into disposable flowers with large patterns.
